the this that are currently bothering me about my eating that must be worked on. 1. i eat right when i get out of bed, it disgust me and i don't like it. i know breakfast is supposed to be beneficial for metabolism, but i disklike jumping out of bed to stuff my face. solution: wait atleast twenty minutes upon waking up to eat, and do not eat over 150 calories for breakfast. 2. when i do eat, i eat so fast which causes me to overeat and makes me end up uncomfortably full. solution: eat slow, with no distractions, take tiny bites, chew slow and count, and use small portions 3. i'm still eating a lot of junk food and bad items. solution: do not buy energy drinks, they are not good for my body. stop eating food with so much empty calories or fat. eat healthy!! |
